How to Make a Bath Treatment for a Circulation Problem

This gentle bath soak treatment helps to naturally improve your circulation problem. It works especially well for those that have circulation problems in their legs, arms, feet and hands. This circulation treatment can be used a couple of times per week, but with those with more severe circulation problems it can be used more regularly.

Instructions

    1

Pour the cup of celtic sea salt under the running water of your bath. I suggest using water that is warm, but not hot. Hot water can weaken the essential oils that are used in this remedy, therefor weakening their effect.

    2

Once the water is done running, drop in the cypress oil, grapefruit oil and the nutmeg oil. Use your foot to stir the oils throughout the bath water.

    3

Soak in the bath mixture for about 30 minutes or so. Don't rinse the mixture off when you're done, just dry the skin gently. This helps the oils to absorb in through the skin.
