How to Deal With Sore Feet

How to Deal With Sore Feet

After a long day, does your feet hurt you to where you just wish you could take them off? Here are some great tips that could take that pain away.

Instructions

    1

Get one full cup of Epsom salt ready. Epsom salt can be bought in any local retail store for under $5.00.

    2

Fill up a large bucket or pot full of hot water. The hotter the water, the better your feet will feel afterward. Be sure that you test the water first before putting your feet inside of it.

    3

Pour the Epsom salt inside of the hot water. Mix the water until all of the salt is completely dissolved. This usually takes between two and three minutes.

    4

Sit on a comfortable chair or couch and place your feet inside the water. If the water starts to get cold, dump half of it out and replace with more hot water. Soak feet for at least 20 minutes.

    5

Once you have soaked your feet. Dry them completely with towel.

    6

Now that your feet are completely dry, rub a generous amount of tiger balm all over your feet. Use your thumbs to rub the tiger balm deep into your skin.

    7

Get some old socks and cover your feet. Place two pillows on top of each other and prop up your feet until the soreness is gone. Repeat all steps every night or whenever your feet are bothering you.
