Apply Witch Hazel gel directly to external Hemorrhoids. You can also add Witch Hazel to running bath water to help with both internal and external Hemorrhoids.

Take 100 mg of Aescin daily. Aescin helps to improve circulation as well as reduce swelling. Aescin is found in horse chestnuts, so will usually be found in Horse Chestnut supplements.
