How to Treat Headaches and Sinus Infections with Apple Cider Vinegar

Raw, unprocessed apple cider vinegar is a powerful healing and cleansing agent whose use has been traced back as far as 3000 B.C. Raw apple cider vinegar is a naturally occurring antibiotic and antiseptic and contains loads of potassium, a mineral that cleans out the arteries and keeps them soft. An extremely versatile liquid with both internal and external uses, raw apple cider vinegar makes an excellent and quick treatment for headaches and sinus infections.

Instructions

Sinus Infection Relief

    Heat about 2 cups of water in a pot until warm. Put into a glass.

    Add 1 to 2 tsp. of raw, unprocessed apple cider vinegar.

    Fill a dropper with the mixture. Lean your head back over a bathtub or sink.

    Drop the vinegar mixture into one nostril, and move your head from side to side. Blow the mixture out of the other nostril. Repeat five or six times. You should begin to feel better almost immediately. If you still have symptoms the next day, repeat the process.

Headache Relief

    Put 2 tsp. of raw, unprocessed apple cider vinegar and 2 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil.

    Drape a towel over your head and lean over the steam.

    Take five or more deep breaths of the steam. Your headache should go away in half an hour or less.
