Natural Ways of Purging Bladder

Natural Ways of Purging Bladder

Cold dairy products, spicy food and stress lead to gallbladder problems. Most gallbladder diseases are mild but some are deadly. One of the best ways to avoid diseases caused by bladder problems is to purge the bladder. There are a number of ways to purge the bladder to help a person live a healthier life.

Liquids to Help Flush the Bladder

While doctors often prescribe antibiotics to help clear up a bladder infection, a number of liquid remedies exist to help purge the bladder. Cranberry and blueberry juice contain a component that stops E. coli from sticking to the walls of the bladder. This helps heal infections and the juice also aids bladder infections by not acidifying the urine. Drink 24 oz. in 8-oz. servings every day. While drinking the juices, drink a minimum of 64 oz. of water daily to flush out the bladder.

One-Day Cleanse

Before purging your bladder, choose a day or two where there is nothing planned. Do not eat solid foods on the day you plan to purge your bladder after noon. Feel free to drink fresh juices and water throughout the day until 6:30 p.m. After 6:30 p.m., don't drink any more fluids. At 7:00 p.m. measure out 1/4 cup of olive oil and drink it. Follow the olive oil with 1 to 2 tbsp. of lemon juice. Relax after this, preferably lying on the right side. Repeat the dosage every 15 minutes until you have consumed a full pint of olive oil. After this, go to bed. The bowel movements will begin between 2:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

21-Day Gallbladder Cleanse

A more gradual way to purge a bladder takes 21 days of work, creating a smoother purge. People can complete this method two to three times a year. During the 21 days, don't consume any meat, foods with high-fat content or dairy products. The best foods to eat are vegetables, fruits and grains. Every day, eat one to two radishes as a snack between meals. Drink 5 cups of chamomile tea or 3 cups of cleavers tea each day. For every 32 lbs. of body weight, add 1 tsp. of flaxseed oil to food.
