You can design and customize your massage gift certificate using an online template. Free gift certificate templates can be printed and can be customized for your massage gift.

Fill in your information using a text editor or word processing program. Include the recipient's name and a special message. Include some details about the massage. Add an expiration date.

Print the certificate on regular paper or card stock. Cut out and sign at the bottom to make it official. Place in an envelope to present as a gift.

Open a word processing program and open a blank document.

Create a box with an outline or border. Inside the box add an image, graphic or a logo to make it more decorative and appealing.
