How to Stop Leg Pain

Leg cramps are an involuntary contraction of a single muscle or a group of muscles. They are usually very painful and can be caused by
several different factors such as dehydration,muscle fatigue,electrolyte imbalance, vitamin deficiency, or certain medications.
The following is a list of natural cures that many people have found to be helpful.

    Be sure to eat a diet rich in calcium, potassium, and magnesium. To help prevent leg cramps.

    Drinking sports with electrolytes can also be helpful.

    Take time through out the day to stretch out your calves.

    Put a bar of soap under the sheets for night time cramps.

    Cut back on sugar and caffeine as both reduce your body's absorption of vitamins and minerals.

    Drink apple cider vinegar.
    Just add 1 TBS. of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water and drink for quick relief from leg cramps.

    Try this simple exercise for some quick relief.
    Using your fore finger and thumb massage and pinch the area between your nose and upper lip.
