Nasal congestion is a very painful and tiring experience when feeling under the weather. There is nothing worse than feeling cloudy and enduring sinus pain that seems to not want to go away. Here are some easy steps that you can take to help get rid of nasal congestion.

First you will boil 1 tea pot of water.
2You will then pour the water into a large bowl.
3Next you will add 1-2 drops of your choice of essential oil (eucalyptus, fennel or pine).
4Then you should place a towel over your head, and proceed to breath in the steam from the large bowl of hot water. You should do this for at least 15 minutes.
5Repeat every 4 - 6 hours to help get rid of your nasal congestion.
