Apply a lotion of your choice to the areas on your body where cellulite is present.
2Gently massage the lotion into your skin so that your hands will glide over the areas with ease.
3Apply moderate pressure to the affected area with either your fingers, knuckles or the palm of your hand and perform long, sweeping strokes.
4Use the palm of your hand to briskly rub the affected area in a circular motion.
5Gently knead the affected area with your knuckles, as if it were bread dough.
6Gently pinch the affected skin. Pull it slightly away from the body.
7Finish the cellulite reduction massage by performing soothing strokes with the palm of your hand.
