Gas is a normal byproduct of digestion. Dandelion tincture removes feeling of fullness and gas. Take teaspoon in cup of water.Do not use dandelion if you have gallstones. Fennel seed relieves fullness, gas, and bloating. Use 4 to 5 drops of oil in cup of water. Gentian bitters capsules alleviate bloating and gas after eating excessive amounts of fatty meats. Take as directed on the label.Hops alleviate stress induced digestive issues. Take 500 to 1,000 milligram three times a day. Do not use hops if you have an estrogen sensitive disorder like breast cancer or endometriosis. Horehound tea inhibits gas and a feeling of fullness.

Other Suggestions

    Rocking back and forth either in a rocking chair or in any sitting position can help relax the abdominal muscles and help gas pass more easily. A mixture of water and baking soda or castor oil and milk can also ease the passage of gas. Chewing on peppermint leaves or a piece of fresh ginger immediately after a meal can help prevent gas.They contain substances that relax the digestive muscles.
