    If you are and have been taking a supplement with Siberian Ginseng, Panax Ginseng, and vitamins B and C and it is not working like it should you can add to it. If you have a low level of magnesium in your body it can cause you to feel fatigued, try adding about 400 to 800 mgs of it to your daily vitamin regiment. You can also add NADH, an enzyme that is made naturally to help boost energy levels. You would take 2.5 mgs of NADH twice a day for ten days and then 5 mgs twice a day
