How to Use Jim Humble 4 MMS Protocol

The Jim Humble Miracle Mineral Supplement (MMS), a form of alternative medicine, often works in a few hours, according to the manufacturer's website. It can allegedly destroy malaria and othe condutions in four hours. When used according to the recommended dosages, it attacks only those germs, viruses, bacteria, molds and other microorganisms that are harmful to the body. It causes no harm to friendly bacteria, including the intestinal flora and healthy cells. It is a cleansing liquid and is used in combination with other liquids.

Mix one drop of the MMS source liquid with five drops of one of these acids: apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, lime juice or citric acid. Start with a one-drop dose in the morning and another in the evening to get acclimated gradually to the detoxifying action.

Wait three minutes after making the mixture. Then swirl the MMS drops together with the acid drops in the cup. Wait another three minutes after mixing them together.

Add water to the dosage mix. One and two-thirds of a cup of distilled water weakens the chemical taste.

Drink the mixture. The acid gives flavor to the drink, making it palatable. If you do not experience nausea after the first dose, increase the dosage by one drop each day thereafter. The mixture can have an intense reaction (nausea), so proceed with caution; increase the dosages by only one drop per day. Those with a sensitive stomach or those who are currently ill should use caution and only drink half the dose at first, and after a half hour, drink the remaining portion.

Monitor the effectiveness of the dosage. Diarrhea or vomiting are not necessarily a bad sign. What is happening is that the body is removing poisons.
