Grapefruit seed extract in pure or supplement form can be taken by mouth to treat candida (yeast infection), throat infections, diarrhea, e. coli, swine flu and as a broad-spectrum antibiotic. Dose or dilute according to directions on the label.
2Use externally in pure extract form, diluting with water 1-3 drops per tbsp., or in cream form to maintain skin texture, treat athlete's foot and prevent nail fungus and scalp problems.
3Use in liquid diluted form as an all-purpose cleaner, toothbrush disinfectant, fruit and vegetable wash or dish cleaner. Dilute 15-30 drops per 32 oz.
