However, due to the construction, the Enagic water ionizer is meant to be used as a constant filter, and it doesn't set a limit on water amount per day. Ionways sets the limit at 3 gallons of ionized water per day because the mesh can only handle that much in a short period.

Compare pricing. If you want to drink healthy water, but you are on a limited budget, the cheapest model is offered by Ionways at roughly $600. On the other hand, Enagic's cheapest model is around $1,200, but it can produce much more water than the Ionways can.
