Home Remedies to Get Rid of Facial Moles

Home Remedies to Get Rid of Facial Moles

Removing a facial mole typically entails one or more conventional solutions such as freezing the growth with liquid nitrogen, burning the mole with acid or even having it removed surgically. But several home remedies likewise exist, potentially allowing you to remove your pesky mole safely--and all on your own. These home remedies for removing facial moles include the use of dandelion root, pineapple juice and garlic.

Dandelion

Dandelion root is available in herbal or natural products stores. You also can pick a few dandelions from your yard. Simply rub the dandelion root gently onto the mole, allowing the milky juice inside the root to come out. Completely cover the mole area with the juice. Repeat once or twice a day for five days.

Pineapple

Cut a few slices of pineapple and press them firmly against the mole for approximately five minutes. Repeat five times a day for five days. This home remedy has been known both to destroy a mole, causing it eventually to fall off, or to lighten the mole's color.

Garlic

Cut a slice of garlic and press it over the mole's area. Secure the slice of garlic to the skin with gauze or tape. Put the garlic in place as soon as you wake up every morning; remove it and rinse the area with water before retiring to bed. Repeat this process for three days---but no longer, because your skin may begin to burn. The mole should simply fall off. If a part of the mole remains, try the garlic again in a few days.
