Fatigue is a common problem these days. Whether its physical fatigue or mental fatigue, which comes with stress, most of us suffer from exhaustion. There are many ways to treat and beat fatigue as well as prevent it. There are drugs, energy pills and drinks on the market but why resort to something that will give you energy for a short amount of time, only to totally crash from it later? Natural and home remedies are really the best way to treat and beat the symptoms of fatigue.

    Drink a few cups of coffee every day. Any form of caffeine can be a quick pick-me-up and coffee is the usually the main form of caffeine people go for when they need a boost. Remember too much caffeine can give you the jitters.

    Eat and egg or two for breakfast in the morning. You can even eat eggs for lunch or dinner. Eggs are a great form of protein and protein can beat fatigue and keep you feeling energized and great all day.

    Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day to keep yourself well hydrated. Good fluids to drink are water, juice and milk. Dehydration is one way to suffer from fatigue so keep yourself well hydrated so you can feel energized all day long.

    Drink skim milk in a glass or add it to your cereal. Everyone loves waffles and pancakes drowned in syrup but eating too much sugary foods can cause you to feel tired all day. Try to eat cereal instead and add some skim milk to it and drink a nice tall glass of skim milk every day.

    Take 2 grams of ginseng powder every day for at least two weeks, then take a break from it for a while. You should only use ginseng if you are really feeling fatigued because too much of it can make you feel stimulating. The best kind of ginseng powder to use is Asian ginseng or you can try the other variety, Siberian ginseng. Ginseng has been known to be a great energy booster but only use it if you really need to. You can buy ginseng powder at any herb or health food store.
